Tower Hobbies offers a dozen ElectriFly balanced LiPo packs, plus the key to keeping them balanced: the Equinox™ LiPo Cell Balancer. Hook up a pack and it automatically checks for marginal cells. Use it alone in Quick-Balance mode, and it can regulate the cell voltages of 2-5 cell balanced LiPo packs. Interface it with a LiPo-compatible charger (or discharger), and it will charge (or discharge) only the cells that need it! Handles currents up to 6A in either application.
*Note: Equinox cannot be used with LiPo batteries equipped with built-in charge protection circuits. Packs must be wired for balancing.
